About Us

The Eaton Fire Legal Team is a powerful coalition of three prominent law firms united with one mission: to facilitate the recovery process and support the community’s rebuilding efforts. We are committed to providing comprehensive legal assistance for those who are underinsured or uninsured, as we continue to fight for justice against Southern California Edison. We recognize that while litigation can take time, rebuilding is the immediate priority. To ensure our clients receive the help they need without delay, we have hired a dedicated social worker to provide access to essential resources and brought on insurance experts to guide clients through the complexities of their insurance claims—all at no cost. Additionally, we’ve partnered with wills and trust attorneys to help clients reestablish their estate plans, again, at no expense.

Our team brings together over 100 years of combined legal experience, with specialized expertise in wildfire litigation and utility disputes.
